No shuttle is required. After going to the rental counter, exit through the office doors. Cross the hall exit to outside and walk forward about 70 meters to get to the vehicles.

Rental Policies

There will be an additional charge of 50 DKK per day including VAT for each additional authorized driver. All rental conditions apply to each additional driver. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.

Follow the signs for Rental Car return. Park in a spot marked for Enterprise Rent a Car - row 1, 2, 3 or 4. Please place the keys in the drop box located on the right side of the door of the rental car office marked Enterprise Car Key Return.

All renters and additional drivers must be 19 or older. The young driver fee for drivers between the ages of 19 - 24 is 100 DKK per day plus VAT. Renters between the ages of 19 - 24 may rent all car groups except intermediate monospace, full size, premium and luxury.

Collision Damage Insurance is an optional coverage which reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of damage to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. This insurance product does not include damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle. It is available for an additional fee ranging between 75 - 100 DKK per day and reduces the excess for damage of the vehicle from 5,000 DKK to 3,000 DKK.

One-ways are available between Aalborg, Billund and Copenhagen. From Copenhagen to Aalborg and Billund the fee is 500 DKK plus VAT. One-ways from Aalborg and Billund to Copenhagen is charged a fee of 800 DKK plus VAT. One-ways between Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen downtown location have a fee of 200 DKK plus VAT.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the rental will be charged 30 DKK per liter of fuel when refueling.

Tire and Windshield protection is an optional coverage which reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 25 DKK per day and reduces the excess for damage the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle from 5,000 DKK to 0 DKK.

A Cross Border rental is considered a vehicle picked up in Denmark taken across an International border and returned to the same pick-up location. Cross Border travel is permitted into Sweden and Norway at any time. Cross border travel is allowed Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City with prior notification and approval by the branch. Cross Border travel outside of the countries listed is not allowed at any time. Additional information will be provided at the time of pick up regarding the rules and regulation of cross border travel. A penalty fee of 20,000 DKK plus the cost of transporting the vehicle back to Denmark will apply for an unauthorized drop of the rental vehicle. The purchase of Roadside Assistance Protection is mandatory when traveling outside of Denmark.

Personal Accident Insurance is an optional coverage which covers the driver and all passengers of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident up to 120,000 DKK in the event of death, up to 1,000,000 DKK in the event of disability and up to 10,000 DKK if medical treatment is needed. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 30 DKK per day. Super Personal Accident Insurance is an optional coverage which covers the driver and all passengers of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident up to 120,000 DKK in the event of death, up to 1,000,000 DKK in the event of disability and up to 10,000 DKK if medical treatment is needed. In addition it covers any baggage that is stored in the locked trunk of the vehicle up to 30,000 DKK with a maximum of 10,000 DKK per each piece of luggage. Jewelry, mobile devices, personal computers, cash, art and fur are not covered. The purchase of Personal Accident Insurance is required to purchase Super Personal Accident Insurance. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 30 DKK per day.

A valid credit card in the name of the renter is required for a deposit, which will be held on the card. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted for deposit at the time of rental and for payment at the end of the rental. Debit cards and cash may only be used at the end of the rental for final payment. Travelers checks are not accepted at any time.

Roadside assistance is provided by Falck on behalf of Enterprise. Roadside assistance is available 24-7 by calling the number stated on the rental contract. Fees for service may range from 1500 DKK - 5000 DKK. Roadside Assistance Protection may be purchased in order to lessen the fees associated with flat tires, lockout service, fuel service and key replacement. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 25 DKK per day. The purchase of Roadside Assistance Protection is mandatory when traveling outside of Denmark.

All renters and additional drivers must be 19 or older, have a valid drivers license and a major credit card in their name. All drivers between the ages of 19 - 24 will have a young driver fee attached. International renters must also provide a valid passport. The primary renter must provide a major credit card in their own name. Additional ID or further identifications may be requested.

Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to: 

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the license is written in a language or characters different to those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.

Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
