Clients who exit through Exit 1 should turn left and proceed 130 metres to the airport information desk or meeting point, where they will be met by an Alamo representative. On arrival at Warsaw Airport, clients must exit the Terminal Building Terminal A. Clients who exit through Exit 2 should turn right and proceed 50 metres to the airport information desk or meeting point, where they will be met by an Alamo representative. FOR EACH AUTHORIZED ADDITIONAL DRIVER A CHARGE OF EUR 3.44 PER DAY INCLUSIVE OF VAT WILL BE APPLIED. FULL RENTAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.

THERE IS A FEE OF 25.83 EUR FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE. AFTER HOURS RETURNS - THERE IS A DROP BOX AT THE COUNTER WHERE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD LEAVE THE KEYS. THE VEHICLE SHOULD BE PARKED ON THE MAIN PARKING SITUATED IN THE FRONT OF THE TERMINAL. THERE ARE SIGNS INDICATING ENTERPRISE PARKING SPACES. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT LEAVE A COPY OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE KEYS. THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NEED TO LEAVE CONTACT INFORMATION AS THIS INFORMATION IS ALWAYS REQUESTED FROM THE CUSTOMER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RENTAL.
All car groups can be driven by the customers aged 21 years and above. A young driver fee in the amount of 6.15 eur including vat will apply for drivers aged between 21-24 and on the condition they possess a driving license minimum 1 year for car groups - mini mdmr, economy edmr, compact cdmr, cwmr, cdar and minimum 2 years for car groups- intermediate idmr, idar, ivmr, ivar and full size suv ffar. For groups standard van, svmr and premium. Pdar a young driver fee in the amount of 6.15 eur including vat will apply for the drivers between 21-24 and on the condition they possess a driving license minimum 2 years.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER AND THEFT PROTECTION CDWTP COVERS THE RENTER IN CASES OF DAMAGE AND OR THEFT AND ATTEMPTED THEFT TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE WITH THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE EXCESS. THE EXCESS AMOUNT DEPENDS ON CAR GROUPS AND RANGES BETWEEN 320 EUR TO 1100 EUR EXCLUSIVE OF VAT. CDWTP COST RANGES BETWEEN 9.20 EUR AND 18.98 EUR PER DAY PLUS VAT. CDWTP MAY BE MANDATORY AND INCLUDED IN RATES. IF CDWTP IS DECLINED AND IN CASES OF DAMAGE OR THEFT OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE UP TO THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE.
ONE WAY RENTALS - DOMESTIC ONE-WAYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL LOCATIONS WITHIN POLAND. A ONE WAY FEE OF 61.50 EUR INCLUDING VAT IS APPLICABLE FOR EACH ONE WAY RENTAL. ONE WAY RENTALS BETWEEN KRAKOW AIRPORT AND KRAKOW DOWNTOWN AND WARSAW FREDERIC CHOPIN INTL AIRPORT AND WARSAW MODLIN AIRPORT ARE FREE OF CHARGE. THE ONE WAY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN THE RESERVATION. THERE IS NO MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH FOR ALL DOMESTIC ONE WAYS. WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE DROP OFF.
ALL VEHICLES ARE SUPPLIED WITH A FULL TANK AND MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION. THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR THE FUEL DIFFERENCE AT THE END OF THE RENTAL. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUEL WITH THE CORRECT FUEL TYPE. IF THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK OF FUEL A REFUELING CHARGE IN THE AMOUNT OF 1.64 EURO PER LITER PLUS VAT WILL OCCUR. FUEL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION - THIRD PARTY LIABILITY IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND PROVIDES COVER UP TO EURO 3,000,000 FOR BODILY INJURY AND OR DEATH TO THIRD PARTIES AND UP TO EUR 6,000,000 FOR DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTY PROPERTY.
INFORMATION REGARDING CROSS BORDER HAS TO BE SENT TO ENTERPRISE TOGETHER WITH RESERVATION OR THE RENTER MUST ADVISE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN ACROSS AN INTERNATIONAL BORDER AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. THE COST OF CROSS BORDER IS 61.50 EUR PER RENTAL INCLUDING VAT. CARS ARE PERMITTED TO TRAVEL INTO ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF: ALBANIA, BELARUS, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, BULGARIA, CYPRUS, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MACEDONIA, MONTENEGRO, ROMANIA, RUSSIA, SERBIA, TURKEY AND UKRAINE. IN ORDER TO ARRANGE THIS TYPE OF TRAVEL PLEASE CALL THE RENTAL LOCATION. THERE IS NO MINIMUM LENGTH OF RENTAL.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT- AMEX, DINERS CLUB, MASTERCARD, VISA AND JCB CREDIT CARDS AND CASH ARE ACCEPTED. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. SECURITY DEPOSITS- FOR EACH RENTAL A CREDIT CARD - VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, JCB AND AMEX IS REQUIRED.
ALL INFORMATION FOR THE ROADSIDE PROVIDER IS LISTED ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE 24-7. IN CASE OF DAMAGE, ACCIDENT OR DAMAGED AND LOST KEYS A TOW TRUCK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS CALLED. IF THE CUSTOMER CANNOT CONTINUE HIS TRIP WITH THE RENTED CAR A REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED. A 24-7 PHONE NUMBER OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER WITH THE CAR DOCUMENTS. NO FEES ARE CHARGED FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE OR ACCIDENT. IF THE CUSTOMER DAMAGES OR LOSES THE CAR KEYS AND IN CASES OF DRIVER NEGLIGENCE OR VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY WILL CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR ALL COSTS.
ALL DRIVERS - RENTER AND ADDITIONAL DRIVER MUST PRESENT A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE THAT HAS BEEN HELD FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR. NON-EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS MUST PRESENT A VALID INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE. IN ADDITION TO VALID DRIVING LICENSE THE PRIMARY RENTERS MUST PRESENT A CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME.

To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:
- To be 25 years old
- A valid driver's license with a photo
- A photo ID (For example: a driver’s license or passport)
- Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you’re renting from)
Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to:
- An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the license is written in a language or characters different to those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
- Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK.

Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations:
- You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
- A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.
Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:
- You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
- You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
- You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
- Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.
Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
